Delete your Roteiro account

Open Roteiro and go to Settings › Account › Delete account. Confirm, and the account is deleted right away.

Email ronielljesuss@gmail.com from the address registered on the account, asking for deletion. We reply within 15 days, and deletion requested by email is completed within 30 days.

• Your account (email and password).
• The scripts stored in the cloud.
• The purchase records tied to the account.
• The AI credits, usage history and consent.

• Scripts and videos on your device stay there. Uninstall Roteiro to erase them.
• Videos you saved to your gallery stay there until you delete them.
• The subscription stays active in the store until you cancel it there (App Store or Google Play). Deleting the account does not cancel billing.
• A one-way code (hash) of a random device identifier, which does not identify you, so the free AI trial can't be claimed again on the same device.
